A Message Regarding COVID-19

To our valued clients,

We hope that you and your families are safe and healthy during this challenging time. The safety and health of our employees, clients and community and providing uninterrupted service to our customers remain EPI/Delano’s top priorities.  Every operational area in every EPI/Delano production and distribution facility is open, operating and at your service.

If you have a press approval or have an appointment with one of our team members, please note that we have implemented significant precautionary measures to decrease the COVID-19 exposure risk for our staff, our clients and our business partners.  Social distancing measures have been instituted in production and office spaces to separate employees by a minimum of six feet or by physical barrier.  A thorough cleaning of common areas and production areas is performed at least twice daily and disinfectant cleaning materials have been provided for individual workstations and private offices.  EPI-provided masks are available to all staff and visitors who desire them.

We ask that all visits by clients and business partners be by appointment only.  Upon your visit, we will also ask that you practice social distancing, wear a mask, if it is comfortable for you to do so, and limit your interactions to only the press approval or other purpose of your appointment. If you feel sick or have a fever, we ask that you please reschedule your appointment to a later date.
