Orders should be emailed to Delano and include:
- Purchase order number provided (if applicable)
- Items and quantities to be shipped
- Name, address, and phone number of the customer receiving the shipment
- Any special shipping instructions
- We offer the ability to warehouse and fulfill your crowdfunded project(s).
- Our kitting service is one of the best in the industry for handling your project needs.
- Reach out to us to inquire about a quote for production assistance.
Currently, Delano will ship orders per the instructions provided, to be completed no later than three (3) working days from receipt of the order.
- UPS orders will ship within two (2) business days, and truck orders within three (3) business days.
- Delano will send the completed shipping confirmation per the client’s requirement. Our clients are required to transmit shipping information to their customers through E.D.I.
Delano will accept returns from end users and inspect the merchandise to be returned to inventory. Once the returns have been processed, a returned goods report showing items and quantities received and the condition of the product will be provided to the client. We will advise the client within 24 hours of receipt of the return. Rework to return the product to saleable condition will be at the client’s expense.
Payment for services is due upon receipt. When pricing is provided, it will include standard services only. Any special requests not covered by the pricing categories that result in labor and/or other expenses to Delano Games will be subject to special charges estimated for the client at the time of the request.

- Delano reserves the right NOT to ship products if an account is past due.
- Delano reserves the right to liquidate products to satisfy unpaid balances 60 days past due.
- A signature of acknowledgment is required before the use of Delano warehousing and fulfillment.
